I don't know Eminence speakers very well, the range is too large for me
I had two in my Fender Red Knob from 87 and they are very bluesy, midrange based. I changed one of those two for a Celestion G12H Heritage and it offers a perfect balance !!

i had a eminence ragin cajun 10" in a fender superchamp xd and was excellent in those particular amp's
Re: eminence speaker's
I put an Eminence Cannabis Rex in my HT-20 Studio (combo) and so far it has been a huge improvement even though it isn't fully broken in!

I need to add that since the Eminence is a much more efficient speaker, you lose the "breakup" on the clean channel with that side of the amp "dimed".
The "breakup" on the clean channel was what sold me on the amp initially, but I have since learned how to tweak the distortion channel to get a reasonable reproduction of that sound.

It ended up being somewhat of a "trade off" for me. I can't practice using c1 "on full" at home anyway, so I learned to compromise by strictly using c2 for any distortion

Generally it's possible to set the gain at is minimum and play with the master to have a clean sound, or just crunched enough to have the same thing as the channel one. As the preamp valves are the same, but used in a different circuit, it's working well. Shame it's not possible on my EF86 channel...
This is what you are doing ? Maybe you could post a pic of the setting ?
Thanks a lot and welcome !
