DPR (Dynamic Power Reduction)

The DPR system allows you to vary the amplifier output down to 10% of its rated power without any loss in tone or valve reliability. Pure valve output distortion and compression at any volume – a dream come true.

TONE TIP:

1. Using Channel and Master volumes, try different levels of power amplifier drive.
This achieves various pre and power amplifier distortion/compression combinations.
2. For a dynamic response set DPR at full power and control your volume with the channel and master volumes.
3. For a softer, compressed response control your volume by reducing the DPR control,
introducing power amp distortion and compression.
