The HT-5H is the ultimate studio and practice head, packing all the great tone and innovative features of the award-winning HT valve pedals into a two channel, footswitchable valve combo. The patent-applied-for ISF (Infinite Shape Feature) circuit gives you infinite adjustment over the characteristics of the tone control network and takes you from the USA to the UK and any where in between. So now you can effectively design your own tone and finally find ‘the sound in your head’.
• Innovative 5 Watt valve amplifier
• 1xECC83 and 1x12BH7 valves
• Unique push pull power amp design
• Award winning HT Pedal preamp
• Two footswitchable channels
• Enhanced tone controls
• Patent-Applied-For Infinite Shape Feature (ISF)
• Fully equipped for studio or practice
• Speaker emulated output with 1x12 or 4x12 voicing
• Effects loop with effects level switch
• Footswitch included

here is the link that show's how to put a 12" speaker into the cab if anyone's interested,as i do believe this is what this setup need's or go to a 2x12 or 4x12 cab....10" speaker's just won't give you the ball's when needed,12" will give you more clarity as well.

Instead of buying the 1x10" cab that came with it, I saved well over $100/USD by converting an old combo amp, and swapping its (bass) speaker for a Jensen "Vintage Ceramic" series 35w C12Q speaker.

This Head/cab combo has more guts than any small amp i've ever owned, and it's quite easy to do if anyone has a shorted out solid state amp lying around wasting.

Beautifull, i'm a big fan of vintage Fender gear. Some '70 and '80 are cheap and can be real jewels !!!
thanks for sharing !

If you ever need to re-cover a grille, (I don't know if it would be worth the shipping rate from the U.S. but) I know an exellent source that supplies vintage grille-cloth for various Fenders,Marshalls,Voxs,Mesas,Laneys, and several others........if any of y'all ever need it, i'll drop the link to the source.

You can do it in the section https://blackstarforum.forumactif.com/promote-your-websites-links-myspace-f16/
It will be nice !
I have done this one my Fender Twin, using a Marshall Bluesbreaker grill cloth...hard to do but nice !
The one on my Artisan is really beautiful, but maybe i'll find a vintage one to fall in love with !
